Regional Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for experienced Sales/Business Development professionals to develop and grow business and cultivate new long term partnerships nationally within the healthcare industry, specifically within the acute-care hospital marketplace. The ideal candidate will be located in the central Texas, Chicago, North Carolina, St. Louis or California regions, however we will seriously consider strong candidates from all locations across the United States.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reach out to key acute-care hospitals and IDNs nationally to pull-through GPO contracts and develop long-term business opportunities for Tronex’ line of safety and infection-control product lines

  • Creates and leverages all opportunities for business growth while networking and developing strong long-term relationships with key customers at all levels within end-user healthcare organizations

  • Launch products and initiatives with broad and deep penetration to primary decision makers and influencers

  • Exerts a strongly positive alignment and influence on peers and on the Company’s sales culture

  • Efficiently leverages cross-functional internal departments remotely to meet business and customer needs

  • Maintains a high degree of flexibility in handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Exhibits strong ability to work remotely under corporate leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Prefer minimum 7 years experience selling into the hospital/healthcare marketplace

  • Strong track record of success in developing national accounts & business development

  • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Superior oral, written, and face-to-face communication and presentation skills

  • Keen sense of urgency in responding to and delivering upon customer needs

  • Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, project- and time-management skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic acumen

  • 50% travel may be required
