PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:

The ideal candidates should possess a combination of the following: A Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business, logistics, hospital administration or related field. Candidates for the any of the Consultant roles must possess at least two years of experience within the healthcare supply chain system. Candidates for the Manager of Consulting must possess experience managing multiple consults and engagements. Candidates for Project Manager and Analyst must demonstrate at least two years of relevant business experience. All Candidates should have well developed skill-sets in the following areas:

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•     Ability to analyze, conclude and measure performance

•     Financial analysis, management skills

•     Ability to develop and lead multi-functional projects

•     Strong customer relations skills

•     Ability to manage ever changing environments

•     Ability to influence and persuade others at all levels
