CHG IV securement dressing
3M Tegaderm CHG (chlorhexidine gluconate) IV Securement Dressing, is a
transparent, antimicrobial dressing used to cover and protect catheter
sites and to secure devices to skin. This easy-to-use dressing
provides continual antimicrobial activity while giving clinicians
complete site visibility. 3M testing in healthy volunteers has shown
that Tegaderm CHG reduces the amount of skin flora under the dressing
and prevents re-growth. 3M in vitro testing shows CHG has broad
spectrum activity against, and is a barrier to, a wide variety of
gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and yeast.

The Amsco V-PRO 1 Low Temperature Sterilization System from STERIS
helps improve productivity and minimize disruptions. Using VHP
technology (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide), V-PRO 1 can quickly process
large volumes of heat and moisture sensitive devices. V-PRO 1 features
the Vaprox Injection System, a proprietary “tear-drop” shaped
receptacle that ensures proper loading. All in one, simple and
safe-to-use, the Vaprox HC Sterilant cartridge is self-contained with
two protective membranes that prevent staff exposure to chemistry.

Surface disinfectant wipe
 Sani-Cloth
Plus Germicidal Disposable Cloth now kills most bacteria and viruses
in 3 minutes or less including Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus
Aureus (MRSA). Sani-Cloth Plus is a hospital-grade quaternary/low
alcohol formula (14.85%) designed for the disinfection of hard,
non-porous surfaces and equipment. Bleach-free, phenolic-free and
latex-free, SaniCloth Plus removes organisms by the wiping action
created when using the cloths. Most remaining organisms are killed
within 3 minutes by exposure to the liquid in the wipe, a benefit of
using pre-moistened Sani-Cloth Plus over other disinfectant wipes and
bulk spray solutions.

incubate at 55°C for only 24 hours. ProTest BI Test Pack is packaged
with 30 test packs per case and either 5 or 30 control biological
indicators. This product meets AAMI standards for a PCD for steam.
