The Verify Process Indicators provide
indication that a sterilization process has occurred. The Verify process
indicators may be used in a variety of sterilization processing systems,
including STERIS’ SYSTEM 1 Sterile Processing System and the NEW Amsco

The VerifyBowie Dick Test Pack consists
of a series of barriers into which an indicator sheet has been embedded.
The pack’s design challenges a prevacuum steam sterilizer’s ability to
remove air and replace it with steam. The Verify Bowie Dick Test Pack is

evidence of the root cause. |

The Verify
MPI Steam Indicators are Class 4 multi-parameter indicators for steam
sterilization. Each indicator contains an ink spot on either end that
indicates steam has penetrated for a specified period of time. The
indicator strip may be torn in half and each half used as a chemical
indicator. |

Class 5 integrating indicators for steam sterilization. The pass/fail
line located within the indicator window provides an easy read. When
placed in every item to be sterilized, it verifies that sterilization
parameters were achieved within the pack in a manner that correlates

The Verify
Self Contained Biological Indicators contain two species of bacterial
spores and may be used to monitor both steam and ethylene oxide
sterilization processes. Indicators come as self-contained biological
indicators, standard challenge packs and challenge packs that include a
Class 5 integrating indicator. A color change from blue to yellow
indicates that the parameters for sterilization were not achieved. |
