The new branding includes a refreshed logo, tagline, and print/digital magazine layout

Endeavor Business Media and Healthcare Purchasing News (HPN) are pleased to announce that HPN has refreshed its look with a new logo, tagline, and print/digital magazine layout. The 47-year-old publication is dedicated to continuing to provide top-quality content as the healthcare landscape evolves toward more advanced technologies and topics like artificial intelligence, machine learning, instructions for use, sterilization advancements, big data, and more.

HPN’s team is proud to announce this refreshed branding. Editor-in-Chief, Janette Wider, said, “I was and still am honored to be leading HPN’s editorial team. HPN has been an industry favorite for many years and will continue to provide educational content on our many verticals—supply chain, surgical/critical care, sterile processing, infection prevention, healthcare IT, environmental services, and more. Even though ‘purchasing’ is our middle name, HPN has grown over time and now covers a variety of important topics from the mouths of industry experts themselves.”

Wider took the role of Editor-in-Chief in May of 2023. Previously, she was Managing Editor of Healthcare Innovation and an Editor on Medical Laboratory Observer.

Publisher Chris Driscoll commented on the rebranding, as well. He said, “HPN has an exciting lineup of new products, including an extensive array of digital, research, print, newsletters, web, and social offerings. The launch of our new branding is an exciting step forward into the future for HPN.”

Driscoll took on the role of group publisher for EBM’s medical and healthcare technology group in October of 2023. Previously, he held roles at Healthcare Informatics (now Healthcare Innovation) and Copyright Clearance Center.

Tomorrow, March 26, the digital edition for April 2024 will go live and features the rebranding. The issue also features the Sterile Processing Department of the Year.
