Illustra Health is a suite of analytics and implementation capabilities for population health.

Johns Hopkins Health System has launched Illustra Health, “an advanced suite of analytics and implementation capabilities” for population health.

The new suite of tools is meant to turn “complex data into clear, prioritized actions with proven impact on financial performance.” It is meant to enhance “strategic visibility, clinical alignment, and hands-on support” to improve clinical and financial outcomes, giving clinical and analytics teams information on “exactly where to focus.”

Illustra will leverage Johns Hopkins’ “dedicated population health experts [to] provide personalized strategic support and guidance to align…existing resources.” It also measures “clinical improvements, financial savings, and resource optimization.”

The launch of Illustra Health builds on the “Johns Hopkins ACG System, which has provided risk adjustment and population health analytics to healthcare organizations worldwide for over three decades.” Illustra uses an “easy-to-implement cloud-based solution purpose-built to support population health and value-based care,” combining “clinical methodologies with strategic practical actions.”
