POLL: Will Your Business File for a Tariff Refund?

The Supreme Court ruled last week that President Trump "exceeded his authority by imposing tariffs on goods from nearly every country in the world under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA)."

Now, according to the Wall Street Journal, "at least 1,800 companies have filed lawsuits seeking refunds from the government."Plenty of medical devices are assembled in the U.S., but tariffs affect the parts used to make them.
