Medline Enters Prime Vendor Agreement with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

According to a June 4 press release, Medline has entered into a new Prime Vendor agreement with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Under this partnership, Medline will supply a range of medical-surgical products and implement supply chain optimization strategies across more than 100 facilities within the health system. The agreement aims to support both operational efficiency and clinical delivery across the expanding healthcare network.
The distribution of supplies will be handled primarily through Medline’s West Jefferson, Ohio distribution center, which opened in 2023. This facility uses AutoStore automation technology to streamline order fulfillment and is part of a broader network of 45 distribution centers nationwide. Medline's dedicated fleet and logistics infrastructure will facilitate delivery operations across the Columbus region, providing support for the medical center’s ongoing growth.
