Bruce Radcliff has been appointed president of supply chain services for group purchasing organization Premier, Inc., effective Sept. 1.

He oversees Premier’s core supply chain business including sourcing, contract management, operations, and business analytics. With over 15 years of experience within large healthcare providers and more than a decade of supply chain leadership, Radcliff joined Premier in May 2023 as group vice president of strategic sourcing with an aim to enhance the competitiveness and differentiation of the company’s group purchasing business by bringing a strong provider perspective.

“Bruce played an integral role in advancing Premier’s supply chain capabilities and deepening our partnerships with members and suppliers,” said Michael Alkire, president and CEO of Premier, in a statement. “His experience operating within large provider systems and his ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide supply chain operations give him a unique perspective as president of our core supply chain business.”

Radcliff led supply chain operations for Advocate Aurora Health prior to joining Premier. The health system is a Premier member with over $15 billion in revenue and Radcliff oversaw all aspects of its supply chain operations and functions including sourcing, site operations, capital, purchasing, distribution, service contracting, data integrity, analytics, and supply chain technology.
