Steven Chyung, senior vice president and chief supply chain and procurement officer at Kaiser Permanente, has been elected to the GS1 US Board of Governors, joining executives from companies including Google and Urban Outfitters on the cross-industry leadership group. At Kaiser Permanente, Chyung leads enterprise supply chain operations spanning sourcing, procurement, fulfillment, demand forecasting, and planning.
