Premier Inc. has been recognized by Ethisphere Institute as one of the 2020 World’s Most Ethical Companies for the 13th year in a row.

Premier’s corporate compliance program encompasses a number of regulatory and legal requirements, including rigorous codes of conduct for its Board, employees and supply chain services. The program also includes conforming business rules for Premier’s operating units, multiple required employee education sessions, stringent privacy and security practices, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-trafficking policies and procedures.
Ethisphere’s assessment process includes more than 200 questions on culture, environmental and social practices, ethics and compliance activities, governance, diversity and initiatives to support a strong value chain. Best practices and insights from the 2020 honorees will be released in a report and webcast in March and April of this year.
