The Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) announced that KC Meleski, president and CEO of CME Corp., has assumed the role of chair of the HIDA board of directors, succeeding Kelley Moffett. HIDA leadership said Meleski’s prior experience as HIDA treasurer, chairman-elect, and longtime board member positions him to help expand the organization’s value to the healthcare distribution industry.

Meleski has served as president of CME since 2024 and became CEO in April 2026. CME Corp. specializes in healthcare and laboratory equipment distribution and logistics services.

“KC is exceptionally well positioned to advance the important work of the board of directors,” said HIDA President and CEO Matthew Rowan in a statement. “His tenure as treasurer and years on the board provide the foundation to lead the expansion of HIDA’s value to the industry.”

Meleski said he plans to continue advancing HIDA’s efforts to strengthen the healthcare supply chain and support distributors and providers nationwide.
