A recent LinkedIn poll asked hospital supply chain leaders, “What’s stopping you from implementing a CQO strategy?” More than 50% of respondents listed data quality and maturity as their top barrier to CQO. Nearly 30% said “buy-in from stakeholders,” while 14% replied that it’s due to a “lack of funding.” Not a single respondent cited technology as their issue.
