In 2021, Getinge surpassed three million endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) procedures performed worldwide using their EVH solutions, which have helped create sustainable, reproducible and long-term patient outcomes. This historic announcement further solidifies Getinge’s leadership position in endoscopic vessel harvesting.
As a follow-up to the three million milestone and recognizing the dedication of harvesters to the EVH procedure, Getinge introduced a new program in the U.S. called the Getinge Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting Circle of Excellence. The EVH Circle of Excellence Program recognizes Endoscopic Vessel Harvesters driving EVH adoption, positive patient outcomes positioning EVH as the standard of care. Users are divided into three categories—Gold, Platinum and Diamond—based on the number of EVH cases performed.
