Vaccine transportation and storage
COVID-19 vaccines can be safely transported and stored in the required temperatures right up to the point of use with the new COVID-19 Solutions portfolio by Cold Chain Technologies (CCT). The portfolio includes EcoFlex range of containers for the transport of vaccines at -20°C, conditioned phase-change refrigerants that help maintain storage temperature at refrigerated levels of 2-8°C, simple totes, near-real-time temperature monitoring and alerting capabilities using sensors embedded in specially designed thermal shippers, and location tracking capabilities.
Smart hospitals
Hospitals’ data systems, departments, people, devices and technology can connect through the new Zyter Smart Hospitals digital communication and collaboration platform. Patients use a pre-programmed 4G-enabled device that automatically tracks and transmits data from their home medical devices to their physician. The platform enables hospitals of all sizes to upgrade from hard-wired IT and Wi-Fi systems to a private 5G-enabled IT or cellular network that supports multiple Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Zyter partners with Qualcomm and other telecom companies to provide connectivity.
