Tecsys has announced AI solutions to help health systems identify risks across supply chain operations. PRNewswire has the release.

The solutions are part of TecsysIQ, which is the AI engine of the Tecsys Elite platform.

One of the tools is TecsysIQ Inventory Visbility, which unifies inventory data from Tecsys Elite and other connected systems into a single view across hospitals and point-of-use locations, which creates a data foundation for AI to deliver supply chain insights.

The Hospital Expiry Avoidance Agent identifies opportunities to move inventory that’s near expiry to locations where it is more likely to be used. Additionally, the Preference Card Optimizer helps perioperative teams align surgical preference cards with real usage patterns in order to identify unnecessary supplies and recommend adjustments that reduce waste.
